Terms & Conditions of Service
Effective Date: October 1, 2026 · Version 1.1
Space Revisited is operated by MINDVIBZ, LLC. Our goal is straightforward: practical home-space and garage-space transformation with a clear plan, clear pricing, and no surprises.
These Terms & Conditions of Service explain how Space Revisited works with customers. They apply when you accept a project quote or service agreement that incorporates them.
‘Space Revisited,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to MINDVIBZ, LLC, doing business as Space Revisited. ‘You’ and ‘your’ refer to the customer purchasing our services.
1. Your project agreement
Your agreement consists of your accepted written quote or project proposal, the version of these terms provided with it, and any changes we both approve in writing.
Your quote will identify the service location, included work, important exclusions, service fee, materials arrangements, anticipated schedule, and any deposit or payment requirements. It will also explain whether the project is a fixed-price scope of work or a time-limited session based on agreed priorities.
If a project-specific provision expressly differs from these general terms, the provision we both accept for that project controls, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Submitting photos, requesting a quote, or selecting a preferred date does not by itself create a booking or authorize work. We confirm your booking after we agree on the project details, including receiving any deposit specified in your quote.
Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 calendar days. Availability is confirmed separately.
2. What our services include
Space Revisited provides practical home space and garage organization, storage planning, assembly, and installation. Depending on your accepted quote, this may include sorting, creating storage zones, assembling shelving or cabinets, installing appropriate wall-mounted storage, arranging work areas, and labeling.
We start with the storage you already own wherever practical and recommend additional products when they support your goals.
Your quote defines the work included. Photos help us understand and plan the project, but they do not automatically include every visible item or possible improvement in the agreed scope. Please identify anything shown in your photos that you intend to exclude.
3. Work outside our scope
Our standard services do not include electrical or plumbing work, structural modifications, roofing, garage-door or opener repairs, hazardous-material removal, mold remediation, pest treatment, or other specialized trade work.
Deep cleaning, painting, floor coatings, junk hauling, donation transport, and moving or disconnecting major appliances are not included unless specifically identified in the quote and within our capabilities and lawful scope.
We may decline or pause work that requires different qualifications, permits, equipment, additional personnel, or a specialist. A customer’s request does not require us to perform work that is unsafe or outside our scope.
4. Project timing and included time
A Saturday Reboot is planned around a focused, agreed scope with the goal of completing the transformation in one Saturday. A Weekend Reboot allows for work across Saturday and Sunday, as specified in the quote.
Your quote will state the expected working time or scheduled workdays and whether any planning, shopping, travel, or other off-site work is included. Unless stated otherwise, quoted on-site hours refer to one service professional, not a multi-person crew.
Completion depends on the amount of sorting, assembly, installation, customer decisions, site conditions, and materials availability. Additional storage needs or unavailable materials may become apparent after work begins.
We will discuss a possible second day or other schedule change as early as possible. An extension into Sunday or an additional visit is not an automatic authorization for additional charges.
For a time-limited session, we work through the agreed priorities within the reserved time; completion of every possible task is not guaranteed. For a fixed-price scope, finishing sooner does not reduce the agreed fee, and taking longer than we estimated does not by itself authorize a price increase.
5. Pricing, deposits, and payment
Your accepted quote states the service fee, any agreed discount, applicable taxes, and any separately charged expenses.
The materials budget is separate from the service fee. It helps us recommend suitable products; it does not determine the price of our labor.
Any required deposit will be disclosed before booking and credited toward your project total. Unless another schedule is agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion following the final walkthrough.
We will not add undisclosed shopping, travel, disposal, payment-processing, or other service charges. Any such charge must be explained and agreed to before it is incurred.
If you have a concern about an invoice or the completed work, please raise it promptly so we can review it together. Payment and participation in a walkthrough do not waive rights you have under applicable law.
6. Materials, purchasing, and existing storage
Before the project, we agree on the recommended shopping list, budget, and who will purchase the materials.
You may purchase approved items directly. If we purchase them for you, any required advance payment, purchasing charge, delivery cost, or markup will be disclosed before you authorize the purchase. Customer-paid purchases will be itemized.
We will obtain your approval before making a material substitution or exceeding an approved purchasing budget.
Existing and customer-supplied storage must be suitable for the intended use. We may recommend against using items that are damaged, incomplete, unstable, or inappropriate for the installation.
Unused customer-paid materials will be left with you or returned as agreed. Refunds depend on the applicable return arrangements, except where the law gives you additional rights. We will explain known nonreturnable items and restocking charges before ordering.
You will not be responsible for costs resulting from our purchasing errors.
7. Changes and unexpected conditions
If you request additional work, or we discover conditions that materially change the project, we will explain the issue and propose a revised scope, price, or schedule.
We will not proceed with additional chargeable work or purchases without your approval. Changes should be recorded in writing, including through email or the messaging platform used for your project.
If you do not approve a proposed change, we will discuss how to continue safely within the original scope, defer the affected work, or end the affected portion of the project.
We will distinguish between new work or unforeseen conditions and work already included in your accepted quote.
8. Cancellation, rescheduling, and interruptions
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling. A replacement date is subject to availability.
Unless a separate cancellation or rescheduling charge was disclosed and accepted in your quote, we do not impose an automatic cancellation penalty.
Subject to your legal cancellation rights, you remain responsible for authorized work already performed and specifically approved material costs that cannot reasonably be recovered. We will provide an itemized accounting, account for returns or credits, and refund unused advance payments. We do not automatically treat an entire deposit as nonrefundable.
Weather, illness, unsafe conditions, access problems, or supplier delays may require a schedule change. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we cancel and cannot agree on a suitable replacement date, we will refund payments for unperformed services and resolve any customer-paid materials through delivery or return arrangements. No fee applies for our cancellation.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights take priority over this section and any project-specific cancellation provision.
9. Cancellation rights provided by law
Certain transactions, including qualifying sales agreed to at a customer’s home or another off-premises location, may carry a legal right to cancel.
When applicable, we will provide the required cancellation notice, forms, deadline, and instructions separately as part of your transaction documents.
Nothing in these terms waives or limits a cancellation right, required refund, permitted cancellation method, or other protection provided by law. Our ordinary scheduling and materials policies do not override those rights.
This website section is not a substitute for any transaction-specific cancellation notice required by law.
10. Customer preparation, access, and decisions
You confirm that you own the property or have authority to authorize the work, including any necessary permission from a landlord or property owner.
Before work begins, please identify excluded items, fragile or unusually valuable belongings, confidential documents, known hazards, and any restrictions affecting the work area.
Please provide reasonable access, a safe working environment, and access to power when needed. Keep children and pets away from the active work area and arrange for vehicles or other obstructions to be moved when agreed.
You or an authorized adult should be available for the initial walkthrough and decisions about belongings, layout, purchases, and changes. We will agree beforehand if you will not be present.
You do not need to organize the your home space or garage before contacting us. Any preparation needed for the workday will be discussed in advance.
11. Installation, existing conditions, and property care
We will use reasonable care when handling belongings and performing assembly or installation.
Please tell us about known wiring, pipes, previous repairs, water damage, unstable surfaces, or other relevant conditions. Your disclosures assist planning but do not replace our responsibility to use appropriate care.
We may pause or decline installation when the mounting surface, concealed conditions, product instructions, or intended load create uncertainty about safe installation.
Approved mounting work normally involves holes and fasteners. Patching, painting, and finish restoration are included only when specified in the quote. This does not excuse avoidable damage caused by careless work.
Storage must be used within the applicable product and installation limits. Do not overload, climb on, or alter installed storage in ways that compromise its safety.
Pre-existing damage, product defects, and later changes by others will be considered when reviewing a problem. These terms do not release us from responsibility for damage caused by our negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Insurance
Space Revisited maintains commercial general liability insurance for its business operations during the applicable policy period. Proof of current coverage is available upon reasonable request.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, endorsements, and effective dates of the applicable policy. Nothing in these Terms expands, modifies, or guarantees coverage under any insurance policy.
13. Sorting, donations, and disposal
You retain the final decision about what is kept, donated, sold, recycled, or discarded.
We will not treat an item’s presence in a photo, its location in the home or garage, or its omission from an exclusion list as permission to dispose of it. Disposal decisions must be approved by you or your authorized representative.
Unless included in your quote, you arrange donation pickup, junk hauling, and disposal. Hazardous or regulated materials require appropriate handling outside our standard service.
We do not provide valuations or tax advice concerning donated or discarded property.
14. Completion, workmanship, and aftercare
At the end of the project, we will review the completed work, explain the storage arrangement, and identify any agreed outstanding items.
We aim to provide careful, practical work that matches the accepted scope. If you believe something was damaged, installed incorrectly, or not completed as agreed, please contact us promptly with a description and relevant photos.
We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate correction or other remedy where warranted. A final walkthrough does not waive a claim for a problem that was not reasonably apparent at that time.
Manufacturer warranties are separate from our workmanship responsibilities. We do not guarantee a manufacturer’s product performance or replace its warranty.
Maintaining the organization system requires ongoing use and upkeep. Reorganization arising from new belongings or changed preferences is a new service unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this section reduces rights or remedies available under applicable law.
15. Photos, privacy, and communications
Photos and project information help us prepare quotes, plan the work, document conditions, and maintain appropriate business records. Our handling of personal information is described in the Se Revisited Privacy Policy.
We will not publish identifiable photos of your garage, home, belongings, or project for advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes without your separate permission.
Declining marketing-photo permission does not affect the quality of your service. A service agreement or discount does not require a positive review.
We may communicate with you about your inquiry or project using the contact methods you provide. Agreeing to project communications does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Third-party platforms process information under their own policies as well.
16. Promotions and third-party bookings
Any promotional discount and its eligibility requirements will be confirmed in your quote. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a service discount does not reduce materials charges.
An inquiry or photo submission does not reserve a limited promotional spot. Eligibility and availability are confirmed when we confirm the booking.
These service terms may also be used for projects arranged through Thumbtack or another platform. That platform’s separate terms, payment rules, and applicable customer protections continue to govern its services.
Nothing in our agreement requires you to waive a platform protection or prevents you from reporting a concern through an available platform process.
17. Questions, disputes, and applicable law
Please contact us with any concerns so we can try to resolve them fairly.
Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using an available small-claims or court process, contacting a regulator or insurer, or exercising other legal rights. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration.
North Carolina law governs our service agreement, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it will apply only to the extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue where legally possible.
18. Updates and contact information
We may update these terms for future projects. The version provided and accepted for your project remains applicable unless we both agree to a change or the law requires otherwise.
